Judas Priest selects producer and begins recording new album

The band announced it on Facebook.

According to a post on Judas Priest's official Facebook page, the band has entered the studio to record a new album, following the release of 2014's "Redeemer Of Souls".

In the post, the band reveals that they are working with Tom Allom (who produced all of the band's albums between "Unleashed In The East" (1979) and "Ram It Down" (1988)), Andy Sneap (Megadeth, Testament, Exodus) and sound engineer Mike Exeter (Black Sabbath).

"Redeemer Of Souls" sold over 32,000 copies in its first week in the United States.
