Judas Priest announced on their social media that they will release a new single next Friday, the 17th.
The band released a snippet of the unreleased song called "Trial By Fire," which will be part of their new studio album, Invincible Shield .
Judas Priest's next album is scheduled for release on March 8th and the single "Panic Attack" has already been released .
The band hasn't given many details about the project yet, but Invincible Shield has been in development since before the COVID pandemic.
Regarding the album's sound, guitarist Richie Faulkner commented in an interview : "It's a bit more progressive; it's a bit more musical, not experimental, but it has a few more riffs. There are more complexities, there are more solos, which I don't think is a bad thing as a guitarist."
