Judas Priest received the keys to the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, directly from Mayor Tim Keller. The event took place before their show last Thursday, the 23rd, at the Isleta Amphitheater in Albuquerque.

Through social media , the band thanked the "metalhead mayor": "Thank you to the mayor, his team, and all the Metal Maniacs of Albuquerque!"

Known for being an avid metal fan, Mayor Tim Keller has also given keys to the city to other bands in the last two years, including members of Testament , Jeff Becerra of Possessed , Max Cavalera , and Bruce Dickinson .

Alice Cooper last weekend , covering 22 cities. The tour began on September 16th at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, Mississippi, and ended on October 26th in Texas.
