Last Saturday, the 24th, Judas Priest released a snippet of their new song "Evil Never Dies." The track is part of the band's eighteenth studio album, Firepower , which will be released on March 9th by Epic Records.
“Evil Never Dies” is the third track from the album to be released as a teaser, following “Spectre” and “Traitors Gate” . “Firepower” and “Lightning Strike” were released in their entirety, the latter accompanied by a music video.
The successor to Redeemer Of Souls (2014) was recorded with longtime bandmate Tom Allom, British producer Andy Sneap, and sound engineer Mike Exeter, who has previously collaborated with Black Sabbath.
Firepower promotional tour will be without guitarist Glenn Tipton due to the progression of Parkinson's disease, which he was diagnosed with a decade ago. Sneap, a former member of Sabbat who has recently been playing with Hell, will replace him.
