The album is the first since the return of drummer Deen Castronovo , who was fired in 2015 following allegations of assault and abuse, and now shares the position with Narada Michael Walden . The band's current lineup is completed by Neal Schon (guitar), Arnel Pineda (vocals), Jonathan Cain (keyboards), Randy Jackson (bass), and Jason Derlatka (keyboards and vocals).
