Josh Homme's eldest daughter obtains a restraining order against her father: "100% true"

So far, two judges have denied the requests of the teenager's younger siblings.

Last Friday, the 10th, a restraining order request was made public by the children of Josh Homme , lead singer of Queens Of The Stone Age , against their father for alleged "abusive" and violent behavior. At the moment, only the musician's eldest daughter has had her request accepted.

According to new information published by TMZ , the request from Orrin and Wolf was denied. Although Camille , the singer's 15-year-old daughter, requested an extension of the protective order granted to her siblings as well, only the distancing order for the teenager was granted by the court.

All the children involved in the case are from Homme's former relationship with Brody Dalle of The Distillers, who filed two requests for protective measures for the minor children in court, but had her request denied by two judges . They were married between 2005 and 2019, with allegations of abuse coming from both sides since then.

According to Consequence of Sound , Camille alleges in court that Josh Homme constantly threatens his ex-wife and engages in physically and verbally abusive behavior towards their children, attempting to "discipline" them with slaps, grabs, and pulls. "We are afraid he will hit us or continue to emotionally abuse us. Please, we just want this to stop," she stated. "Everything written there is something I SAW, EXPERIENCED, or HEARD and is 100% true. To deny this is to deny the human right to freedom of expression."

Following the court's decision, Homme is required to stay at least 91 meters away from his eldest daughter and cannot contact her until the court makes a further decision.
