The fight happened during a show in the United States.
Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme broke up a fight that broke out during his show on Tuesday night, October 24th, in New York.
The band, which recently released its new album Villains , was performing at the iconic Madison Square Garden.
Before playing the song "Domesticated Animals," Homme stopped the show after noticing a fight breaking out between some fans in the audience.
“What’s going on? Are you two fighting?” he asked. “We’re not here to fight. If you want to fight, get out of here.”
“We’re here to dance, everyone’s going to have sex, and we don’t want security guards hovering over us,” he continues, “we’re not the soundtrack to your fight, we’re the soundtrack to your sex. If you don’t like that, then get out of here.”
Some fans recorded the incident, and you can watch it below. Josh Homme notices the fight at the 0:30 mark.
Queens Of The Stone Age will be coming to Brazil on a joint tour with Foo Fighters. The show will feature an opening act by the Brazilian band Ego Kill Talent . For ticket information, click here .
