The song is part of their latest studio album, Rare Birds.

Guitarist and producer Jonathan Wilson – a musician who accompanies Roger Waters on his tours – has released the music video for “Me”, a track from his latest studio album, Rare Birds (2018).

Directed by Sam Kristoski, the video shows Wilson in a desert, digging holes in the sand while psychedelic images emerge. “The song 'Me' is a journey within myself, a piece of music that questions itself, where I ask 'Have I ever sung in peace?', 'Have I helped my fellow man in everything?' and 'Where will we be when we are?',” reveals the singer.

“Sam’s [Kristoski, for the video] idea was to have me up high, witnessing my own burial; the use of mirrors and the scorching sun were the only production elements. When I finally dug my grave, the heavy black sand was almost too dense to be completely buried, so we had to act.”
