In this week's Wikimetal poll, Jon Lord was voted the best keyboardist, with 61% of the votes. Jordan Rudess (23%) and Jens Johansson (8%) came in second and third place respectively.
Jon Lord studied classical piano from the age of 5 and cited Bach as one of his main influences. The keyboardist passed away on July 16, 2012, after suffering a pulmonary embolism.
