Jon Bon Jovi is now also a bar owner.

The singer will open a bar in Nashville sometime in 2024.

In a press release, Jon Bon Jovi announced that he will be opening a bar in Nashville, United States.

JBJ 's Nashville , as it will be called, is scheduled to open in the second half of 2024 and will be another celebrity bar located in the Lower Broadway area, competing for customers with establishments owned by Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert , and Dierks Bentley .

The building will be the tallest in the area, but there is concern about maintaining the neighborhood's aesthetics. Therefore, despite its extravagance, the project follows the Historic Preservation guidelines for Nashville's Broadway.

“We are eager to have a place in Nashville that we can call home,” Bon Jovi said in a statement.

The idea for the venture arose because of the long-standing relationship between Bon Jovi and the Nashville music industry, the epicenter of American country music.

In 2006, the band Bon Jovi topped the charts with the country duet "Who Says You Can't Go Home" featuring Jennifer Nettles . In 2007, they collaborated with LeAnn Rimes on "Till We Ain't Strangers Anymore." And in 2020, they reunited with Nettles for the song "Do What You Can," inspired by the pandemic and social isolation.

“We had a wonderful time in Nashville recording several albums and working with some of the best people in the music world,” said the singer. “I can’t wait to tour the entire Broadway and meet our neighbors!” (via Loudwire )

In addition to Jon, artists Luke Combs and Eric Church also plan to open businesses in the trendy area. Listen to “Do What You Can”:
