Johnny Monster released his new single “Tempestade” this Tuesday, the 17th, via ForMusic Records. The track precedes his upcoming album, A Nova Era Do Só Você , which will be released in November.
The latest song, as well as the work that follows Futuro Perplexo (2022), explores an organic folk rock sound, influenced by artists from the 60s and 70s such as Velvet Underground and Beach Boys . The arrangements and layers used also bring a vintage aspect highly inspired by the guitar à la Johnny Marr of The Smiths .
Previously, the musician and composer from São Paulo released the singles "Os Pássaros" , "Cidade Grande" and "Armadilhas Do Pensamento".
"Tempestade" is now available on all platforms.
