Johnny Monster reflects on personal relationships in "Come What May"; listen here.

The track is the third single from the album "Canções do Desapego" (Songs of Detachment) , scheduled for release this year.

The singer and songwriter from São Paulo, Johnny Monster, has released the third single from his upcoming album, Canções do Desapego (Songs of Detachment) , which is scheduled for release this year.

“Come What May” reflects on human relationships and their difficulties. “The single talks about the demands and expectations of these personal relationships, also focusing, why not, on social media. On the worn-out attempt to convince the other, to colonize the other, which is very annoying,” says the singer.

With a more pop sound than the other singles – “Folhas de Outono” and “Inevitável” – the track features Edu Nader on drums and Michel Kuaker on bass, and according to a press release, Johnny seeks to bring “a Brazilian pop sound, with touches of soul and English rock” with the new work.
