Drummer praises Slipknot
After revealing that he suffers from transverse myelitis, former Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison spoke to Metal Hammer about his desire to reunite with his former bandmates:
“Honestly, I’m not being dramatic, but if it were considered, what I would like is for us to get together. I would like to see them, hug them, and feel that energy we had when we were young and all that. They are my brothers. We would hug each other and do everything we used to do. We used to stay up all night planning things we wanted to do. That’s how I would like it. But it would have to be in person. If it happened, it would be incredible, but only time will tell.”
Jordison also took the opportunity to praise Slipknot's latest album, ".5: The Gray Chapter": "I listened to the whole album several times. And I thought it was great. It's really good and I'm glad they moved on."
