For the first time in over 50 years of friendship, Steve Vai and Joe Satriani will embark on a joint tour in 2024.
The duo announced the Satch/Vai US Tour which, as the name suggests, will only take place in the United States for now. The dates begin on March 22nd in Orlando and end on May 8th in Salt Lake City.
In addition to the tour, it's possible that Steve Vai and Joe Satriani will also release new music together for the first time. The news was given via a press release and indicates that the tracks should be released before the start of the tour (via Roadie Crew ).
In addition to their first joint tour, Vai and Satriani are also reuniting with Eric Clapton for a reunion tour called G3. The shows will take place in January 2024 and run until early February (via Kiss FM ).
