Jimmy Page reveals his upcoming plans

The guitarist needs to work on new material

Guitarist Jimmy Page, who recently completed the series of remastered Led Zeppelin reissues, was asked in an interview with Ultimate Classic Rock about his future plans. Page said that now, all he will do is "play guitar. That's it."

The guitarist didn't specify a project, but hinted that we can expect new material: “I'm going to work with guitar and guitars, plural. I'm known for working with many different styles, and that's who I am, I just want to reconnect with these things and see what happens. Now that the Led Zeppelin stuff has been released, I'm free to create new music, express myself through new music, and be seen playing instead of just being rumored.”

Asked if the guitarist still has archived material that could be re-released, Page replied: “No, not at all. I really need to do something completely new.”
