Guitarist talks about plans
Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page spoke about his plans to work on a solo album next year. According to the musician, the new work may be instrumental.
“Next year I’m going to be working with my guitar. It’s time to record a new solo album. My last one was in 1988.” Page continues: “I’m not thinking about vocalists, I’m thinking about something instrumental. I want to work on my strengths and not my weaknesses. I want to work on myself, I want to get back in the game, and when I’m ready I’ll think about whether I need someone to sing on the songs.”
