Jimmy London launched last Tuesday, the 26th, the Fabulous Musicians' Club of Jimmy London , a series of online workshops to bring information, free of charge, to artists and producers in the music market.
The project will feature 22 workshops streamed live on its YouTube channel . There, it will host music industry professionals recognized for their specialties. Felipe Andreoli ( Angra ) will discuss the internationalization of a music career. Thiago DJ (89 FM) will give ideas on how to communicate with radio stations. Guilherme Guedes (Multishow/BIS) will address the best communication for musicians. Damaris Hoffman (Honor Sounds) will talk about producing international tours. Daniel Ferro will help understand the world of music videos. Bruno Milk (Agência Milk) will share his experience leading a new record label. See the schedule below.
Speaking about the project, he commented: “The music market is as fertile and innovative as the art it serves. Therefore, aspiring musicians, or those who haven't yet made their mark, benefit greatly from listening to and understanding how established figures got to where they are. The idea is to take advantage of this pandemic period to create knowledge and expand professional repertoire when live performances resume.”
Each workshop lasts approximately 90 minutes and allows time for audience questions. The project was made possible through sponsorship from the Rio de Janeiro City Hall / Municipal Secretariat of Culture.
