Jill Janus committed suicide at the age of 43
This Friday, the 24th, a ceremony honoring Huntress vocalist Jill Janus will take place at the famous Rainbow Bar & Grill in California. The event will be "open to all friends, fans, and lifestyles."
“It’s been hard to see so many reminders of how talented and loved she could be, and yet feel so much pain and loneliness. We’re going to get together to celebrate her life and the importance we still have for each other. Expect lots of whiskey and grown men crying,” said guitarist and ex-boyfriend Blake Meahl .
Janus died on August 14th after committing suicide. She was 43 years old and recorded three albums with Huntress. Read more here .
