Jéssica Di Falchi gave more details about how the invitation to share the stage with Tool at Lollapalooza Brazil 2025 .

The guitarist made history by playing “Jambi” from the album 10,000 Days (2006) alongside the quartet , which made its long-awaited debut in South America.

Speaking to Tenho Mais Discos Que Amigos , Di Falchi commented that the process began in February, when she was at the NAMM Convention .

Jessica also said that she already knew guitarist Adam Jones His reply was that he wouldn't be, but he invited her to a private show with his band , and from there, things started to take a different turn.

"So, I already knew Adam [Jones], right? And then at the beginning of this year I went to NAMM to represent the brands that sponsor me, ESP, EMG and Richter."

“Then I sent a message to see if he would be there, so we could talk and say hi. He said he wasn't at the fair, but that there would be a super exclusive Tool , at an awards ceremony for bass players from a magazine. And then he invited me to go, and I was with Estevam [Romera] , Maya [Melchers] – who helped her at the fair – and Théo [van der Loo] .”

Di Falchi received an invitation after having lunch at the Tool guitarist's house.

Immediately after the performance, Jones called them backstage and extended another invitation: to have lunch at his home, where they would meet his family.

"So we went to his house and spent the whole afternoon there. We were talking and he said, 'Hey, this is going to be our first time in Brazil, and it would be cool if you made a song with us .'"

She stated that at the time, she didn't quite believe it. However, Adam contacted her again days later, asking her to learn "Jambi." The musician explained to her how the dynamics would work on stage.

Jéssica Di Falchi concluded by saying that she had the freedom to play whatever solo she wanted, but when she finished, she had to turn to him and signal so that the Tool could continue the song with his solo and then they could finish the track together.
