Killswitch Engage has released a music video for their new single “The Signal Fire,” featured on their recent album Atonement . Interestingly, the song features both the band's current and former vocalists, Jesse Leach and Howard Jones .
Leach is a founding member of Killswitch, but left the group in 2002 due to mental health issues. He was replaced by Jones, who remained for nine years and three albums. He left in 2012 due to health problems, and Leach returned to the position.
Regarding the video, the current vocalist commented: “It’s a demonstration of solidarity and unity. It’s for the fans and for everyone who saw the video. In times like these, I believe it’s an important message for humanity. It’s a plea for compassion and understanding! There is strength in unity.”
