Jay Weinberg, known for his work with Slipknot, has announced that he will be selling some of his musical equipment and personal items used throughout his career.

The initiative will take place through an official store created on the Reverb, which specializes in selling instruments and equipment related to the world of music. Sales will begin next Wednesday, the 18th.

Among the items offered will be various pieces of equipment used by Weinberg, as well as masks and other memorabilia related to his career. The store's goal is to allow fans and collectors access to authentic pieces linked to the musician's career, especially the period when he was in Slipknot.

Part of the money raised from the items will go to the non-profit organization MusiCares. The organization provides support to music professionals, including health services, financial assistance, and recovery programs for artists.

The musician was part of Suicidal Tendencies for almost two years, since their live debut in March 2024 in Osaka, Japan. His time with the band came after he was fired from Slipknot in 2023, where he played drums for about ten years and participated in important albums in the group's career.

During his time with Suicidal Tendencies, Weinberg also released solo material and developed collaborations with other artists. He recently released his first single, "Sandstone," featuring George Clarke, vocalist of Deafheaven.
