Last month, some videos posted on YouTube fueled a rumor that James LaBrie of Dream Theater was using playback on stage.
At a show last Friday, the 18th, in Houston, Texas, the singer finally addressed the rumors and didn't hesitate to be delicate.
“I’m going to clear something up for you guys right now, okay? People are saying I’m lip-syncing [on stage]? Fuck off. What the fuck is wrong with people online?”, the musician exclaimed.
After the outburst, LaBrie seemed to regret how he approached the issue and apologized to the audience, emphasizing that he and his bandmates have been on the road for more than six weeks. "I think I'm going crazy because I'm almost at the end of this leg of the tour," he commented.
