The Jaguar Black Pearl will be displayed at the museum alongside a 1937 Lincoln.

James Hetfield has an extensive and incredible collection of classic cars, and now he will be showcasing some of his items at the Petersen Automotive in Los Angeles.

Metallica 's lead singer and guitarist loaned ten customized cars to the museum, including his 1948 Jaguar Black Pearl and his 1937 Lincoln Zephyr Voodoo Priest. The museum will display the automobiles alongside Metallica's "artifacts and memorabilia."

Hetfield customized the Black Pearl alongside Rick Dore , famous for exactly this type of work. The car has won several awards in the field and, according to PPG Finish , it boasts 375 horsepower from a Ford V8 engine, as well as classic Mustang suspension, among other innovations.

James Hetfield and company are currently touring Europe with the WorldWired , and in April 2020 they will be coming to Brazil. Learn more here.
