The show will take place in Belgrade
Iron Maiden has announced that it will donate a portion of the profits from its show in Belgrade on June 17th to the victims of the floods that occurred in Serbia this month.
Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia suffered the worst floods in 120 years in 2014. More than 50 people died and many residents lost their homes. "I believe the country will recover and emerge stronger after the disaster ," commented Iron Maiden frontman Steve Harris.
Last year, Iron Maiden topped Billboard's list of highest-grossing tours, earning $8.5 million from ticket sales for just 6 shows. Currently, the band is promoting the Maiden England tour, which included a stop in Brazil in September 2013.
