In 2005, Iron Maiden fulfilled the dreams of all their early fans by embarking on the Eddie Rips Up the World Tour .
The unique aspect of this series of shows in Europe and North America was the setlist, composed entirely of songs from Iron Maiden's first four albums: the classics Iron Maiden (1980), Killers (1981), recorded by Paul Di'Anno , The Number of the Beast (1982), and Piece of Mind (1983), which cemented Bruce Dickinson as the group's most memorable vocalist.
The recording of this historic tour show in Gothenburg, Sweden, is available in its entirety on YouTube. This performance featured 11 songs from the band's first two albums. Watch it below.
