Iron Maiden has announced the first dates for their Run For Your Lives in 2026.
The band confirmed their return to Europe this summer, between May and July, to play at festivals and stadiums in countries they haven't visited in 2025. More dates will be announced later, likely including a tour of other continents.
In a statement, bassist and founder Steve Harris said [via Blabbermouth ]: “We’re all loving this Run For Your Lives tour. The fans have been incredible, the setlist is perfect for the 50th anniversary, the show is arguably the best ever, and ticket demand has been incredible, with tickets sold out practically everywhere and over a million fans in attendance. So, we all thought we should do a few more shows in Europe before heading to other parts of the world later in the year.”
He continued: “Of course, Simon Dawson will be joining us once again on drums, and both he and the whole band would like to thank our fans for the great reception you gave him at the first part. We always enjoy playing festivals, mainly because we get to play for people who aren’t just there for us, and we love that challenge! So, we decided to revisit as many big metal festivals as we could during this period. In addition, we’ll also be playing stadiums in Greece, Romania, Slovakia, and Bulgaria, where we couldn’t go this year, and we always love playing for the passionate fans there.”
The band has highlighted a special show in the UK for July 11, 2026. More details will be revealed in the coming days.
Iron Maiden in Brazil
The band will also come to Brazil in 2026. In an interview with TV Globo , Dickinson confirmed that the next leg of the Run For Your Lives Tour – which celebrates five decades of Iron Maiden's history – will include South America on the route. However, the vocalist did not reveal when this will happen.
“Next year, you can expect: we will return to South America. I can't say when, but we will return,” he said. The last visit was in December 2024 and only included two shows in São Paulo, at Allianz Parque .
