Malcolm Dome , a music journalist specializing in rock and metal, has died at the age of 66. Dome was a longtime contributor to Kerrang!, Classic Rock , Prog , Metal Hammer , and Louder . Dome also authored numerous books on rock bands, ranging from AC/DC to Led Zeppelin and Metallica . The cause of his death has not been revealed.
With the sad news of his passing arriving on November 1st, several artists took to social media to pay tribute to him in recent days. Among them were Iron Maiden, Tony Iommi , and Lars Ulrich . See some of these tributes below.
