Spotify recorded a 119% increase in streaming of Iron Maiden in Brazil. This occurred during the Rock in Rio 2019 festival.

Iron Maiden was the most searched band at the festival on the platform. The comparison was made using pre-show (September 27-29) and post-show (October 4-6) data.

According to a press release issued by Spotify itself, other artists from Rock in Rio 2019 also registered growth in streams. Pink, with a 111% increase in demand, came closest to the numbers of the British band. Sepultura (51.15%), Red Hot Chili Peppers (49.89%) and Muse (48.19%) are other prominent names.

Regarding the first weekend, comparing data from September 25th to 27th with September 28th to 30th, Spotify highlighted two bands: Weezer , with a 46.06% increase in plays, and Foo Fighters , with 36.95%.
