Iron Maiden has announced new dates for the Legacy of the Beast , which suffered delays due to the pandemic and now returns to the stage with a show featuring the best of the band's career, without leaving Senjutsu aside.
The new 30 dates for 2022 include a tour in Europe and a return to North America for another round of shows after the band's performance at Rock In Rio in September. Within Temptation, Trivium , and Lord of the Lost will alternate as confirmed opening acts.
“We’re making some additions and changes to the production and setlist to include new songs from our new album Senjutsu , making the 2022 version of Legacy of the Beast even more spectacular than the acclaimed original show,” manager Rod Smallwood in a statement .
According to Smallwood, all aspects of the show that fans are already familiar with are guaranteed, such as all the band's hits, pyrotechnics, and stage elements. However, Senjutsu will be a "new world" within the tour. "Trooper Eddie will have strong competition," he said.
