Iron Maiden's last album was released in 2015
Iron Maiden bassist Steve Harris Metal Hammer magazine that he is confident the band will release a follow-up album to The Books Of Souls , released three years ago.
“We’re doing this touring cycle,” he said. “I’m sure we’ll make another album, and then, okay, we’ll go on tour to confirm that. How long it will last, I don’t know. We’ve talked about this kind of thing for the last twenty years, but as time goes by, it becomes a reality that one day we may not be able to tour anymore, but I don’t want to think about that. I have to enjoy the moment.”.
Legacy Of The Beast tour in late May in Estonia. They have already played to around 750,000 fans across Europe. The Book Of Souls is the band's first double studio album, and it debuted at number one in over 40 countries.
