Can you imagine Bruce Dickinson , the legendary Iron Maiden , singing the theme song from the movie Flashdance (1983), complete with dancers in aerobic outfits and all the trappings of the 1980s? And what would an Adrian Smith solo sound like in a dance song?
Bill McClintock 's channel , it's now possible to imagine what the union of these styles would be like in a parallel universe: "The Trooper" has been completely transformed into a mashup with "Maniac," Michael Sembello that won a Grammy after being included in the soundtrack of Flashdance (1983).
Interestingly, the end result is incredible. Even the tight pants worn by heavy metal giants of the time seem to match Sembello's music video, which was specially edited to combine the two songs in an unusual piece titled "She's a Trooper". Watch it below.
