Iron Maiden continues its series of reissues of its catalog with the fifth release of The Live Collection – Remastered , and this time the novelty is that the remastered recordings of Live After Death and Rock in Rio have been released in physical formats for the first time.
Live After Death was recorded at the Long Beach Arena in California in March 1985, during the band's legendary World Slavery Tour, which began in Poland in August 1984. The album also features additional tracks recorded at the Hammersmith Apollo in London, England. The Rock In Rio performance was recorded on January 19, 2001, on the final night of Iron Maiden's Brave New World Tour. The performance was in front of 100,000 fans and was broadcast globally on TV.
