Several items have been selected to be part of Heavy Metal Truants, a charity auction created in part by Rod Smallwood, Iron Maiden's manager.

The items, related to various rock personalities, are being auctioned to raise funds for different organizations: Nordoff Robbins, which provides music therapy to patients; the Teenage Cancer Trust, which raises money for cancer research and treatment in teenagers; and Childline, a helpline for young people.

Among the items for sale this year are Ed Force One airline tickets signed by Iron Maiden, amplifiers signed by Slash, ZZ Top and Jeff Beck, a poster autographed by Alice Cooper, a drum kit from Phil Collins, a guitar from Judas Priest, a microphone from Roger Daltrey and more.
