His pioneering presence as frontman and vocalist, both on stage and on our first two albums, will be fondly remembered not only by us, but by fans all over the world.”.

“It’s very sad that he’s gone,” comments Steve Harris. “I was in touch with him recently, when we exchanged messages about West Ham and its ups and downs. At least he was still showing up lately, which was something that kept him active, being there whenever he could. He will be missed by all of us. Rest in peace, mate.”.

“We are very grateful to have had the chance to meet him a few years ago and spend time with him once again. On behalf of the band, Rod and Andy, and the entire Iron Maiden crew, we extend our deepest condolences to Paul’s family and close friends. Rest in peace, Paul.”
