Iron Maiden has set a date to return to South America in 2024. In a new announcement of shows, the Iron Maiden confirmed a performance in Chile in November, news that strengthens rumors about negotiations for shows in Brazil next year.
The band announced this Friday, the 27th, an extensive schedule of shows in 2024, with dates in the United States, Canada, and a single show in Chile, which will take place on November 24th at the National Stadium.
With a ten-day gap since the band's last performance in the US on the 17th, this is the last date on Maiden's 2024 schedule so far, suggesting that the rest of the South American tour will be announced for November and December of next year.
According to rumors published by the websites Portal Iron Maiden and Maiden Chile earlier this year, the band is negotiating four shows in Brazil for 2024. A producer from Santiago reportedly confirmed the first cities already booked: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Belo Horizonte, with the fourth destination yet to be determined.
Recently, the band concluded their first tour of the Northern Hemisphere with the highly anticipated The Future Past Tour , celebrating the albums Senjutsu (2021) and the acclaimed Somewhere In Time (1980). Between May and October of this year, Iron Maiden toured Europe and several cities in Canada.
