In September 2021, the Irish group The Scratch collaborated with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra on a special version of the System of a Down , "Aerials".
This performance was featured on The Scratch's YouTube channel and was part of the "Song From My Childhood" show, incorporating elements of folk music and typical Irish elements.
The orchestral arrangement was written by Cathleen Flynn and conducted by Gavin Murphy . Check out this reimagined version of "Aerials" below:
