For months, Til Lindemann , the vocalist of Rammstein , has been facing accusations of sexual abuse, and an official investigation was launched in June following the testimony of a 24-year-old woman from Northern Ireland named Selby Lynn , who claimed she had been "recruited" to have sex with the artist.

After the report, several other women came forward on social media with similar accounts, but Till always denied the accusations.

The accusations range from sexual abuse to an alleged "pre-selection" of women who would attend the singer's parties, which took place before and/or after Rammstein's shows. Selby was one of those women, but she stressed that the singer respected her wish not to have sex.

According to the BBC , the investigation has now been closed due to "lack of evidence." German police found no evidence of predatory sexual behavior on the part of Till Lindemann, and therefore the prosecution decided to drop the case.

It is currently unknown how Lindemann will handle the case, as he may retaliate with lawsuits against these women.

Despite the situation, Rammstein maintained the shows scheduled as part of the tour for their most recent album, Zeit (2022).
