In Flames announced this Tuesday, the 27th, the departure of drummer Tanner Wayne , who joined the band in 2018.

The Swedish band issued a statement on social media stating that they will continue with all planned shows , however, they did not mention who the new drummer will be.

"It is with deep gratitude and appreciation that we announce our creative decision to part ways with Tanner Wayne. His dedication and musicianship over the past few years have left, and will continue to leave, a lasting mark on this band. We wish him only the best. We appreciate his support and understanding at this time and look forward to seeing you on tour this summer."

To date, Tanner Wayne has not issued any statement regarding the separation or dismissal.

In Flames, a Swedish band formed in 1990 in the city of Gothenburg, will begin their new European tour on June 2nd in Estonia.
