Angra a side show at Espaço Unimed in São Paulo on April 29th, celebrating in grand style the 25th anniversary of Rebirth , the album that redefined the band's destiny and marked an entire generation of Brazilian and worldwide metal fans.
Tickets go on sale starting this Thursday, the 26th, at 10 AM for the general public on the Clube do Ingresso website . Physical sales begin on the same day at 11 AM at the official box office.
The audience will have the opportunity to watch the only performance of the "Nova Era" lineup outside of Bangers Open Air , bringing together on the same stage Edu Falaschi , Kiko Loureiro , Rafael Bittencourt , Felipe Andreoli , and Aquiles Priester .
The last Angra show with the complete Rebirth took place in 2007, at the end of the Aurora Consurgens . Since then, the five members have never shared the stage as Angra again.
This long absence makes the reunion even more historic: a rare occasion, full of meaning, which takes on even grander proportions by also bringing together the current members Alírio Netto , Marcelo Barbosa , and Bruno Valverde . A true meeting of eras, talents, and stories that will hardly be repeated, symbolizing not only a celebration but a milestone in the band's trajectory and in the memory of the fans.
In addition to Rebirth , the setlist will celebrate fundamental albums such as Temple of Shadows (2004) and Aurora Consurgens (2006), and will pay homage to the classic era led by the late Andre Matos , immortalized in works such as Angels Cry , Holy Land , and Fireworks . The current phase will also be highlighted with tracks from the albums Secret Garden , Ømni , and Cycles of Pain .
