Trainspotting movie sequence

The partnership between Iggy Pop and the electronic group Underworld is proving very fruitful. After releasing the track "Bells & Circles ," they have released a new song.

“I'll See Big” revolves around the idea of friendships and the musician's difficulties in maintaining them, and brings a different tone from what fans of Iggy Pop and, especially, Underworld are used to.

According to the group, the lyrics were inspired by a conversation Iggy Pop had with his friend Danny Boyle about how friendship was portrayed in the sequel T2: Trainspotting . In the first film, Iggy's "Lust For Life" was part of the soundtrack and marked one of the film's most popular scenes.

“I'll See Big” and “Belles & Circles” will be part of the collaborative EP Teatime Dub Encounters , scheduled for release on July 27th. Listen to the new track below.
