New member is Jake Dreyer
Ice Earth today announced the guitarist who has joined the band as a replacement for Troy Seele, who left the band last month.
Jake Dreyer, a guitarist who has previously worked with Witherfall, White Wizzard, and Kobra and the Lotus, has joined the band. Founder and guitarist Jon Schaffer released a statement about the new member:
“Jake joined Stu last week to do some recording and he did several solos on various songs from the new album. Jake will play on the new Iced Earth album and will play his first live show with us in Germany in November.”.
I want to personally thank all the guitarists who auditioned for the position. It was an incredible response; there were so many very talented guys out there. So again, thank you for your passion and interest.”
Seele left the band citing family responsibilities.
