"It's not nice to say it will never happen, but we don't see it happening today," said the bassist
bassist Ian Hill revealed during an interview with Riff Magazine that there are no plans to invite former guitarist and co-founder Ken “KK” Downing back.
In 2011, when Downing left the group, Richie Faulkner took his place and, according to Hill, he is an important part of Judas Priest. "He's incredible and transformed Ken's work, leaving him without a place in the band (...) I mean, it's not nice to say it will never happen, but today we don't see it happening."
In addition to KK, Glenn Tipton also left the band after his Parkinson's disease worsened, but the guitarist still plays with the group when he can. Andy Sneap, Judas Priest's longtime producer, currently replaces him.
