Hyvmine's next album is expected to be released in 2019
Hyvmine 's hybrid of progressive rock and metal , now's the time. The band released their debut album Earthquake in 2017 and an EP earlier this year. Their next full-length album, Retaliation , is due out next year. But the title track has already been released and can be heard below.
Lead singer Al Joseph explained: “We decided to call our second album Retaliation . The name reflects the band’s mantra of self-empowerment of body, mind, and soul.”
“We all have a story to tell,” he continued, “and no matter who you are in life, there’s always someone saying you’re not good enough. Sometimes even your best friend might secretly want you to fail. Simply because they’re unhappy in life, and misery loves company.”
