Hurricanes recounts how they became the opening act for The Black Crowes in São Paulo.

In an interview with The Wikimetal Happy Hour , the members of the Brazilian rock band Hurricanes explained how the invitation to open for The Black Crowes in São Paulo .

In a conversation with Nando Machado , guitarist Leo Mayer and bassist Henrique Cezarino revealed that many things aligned almost by chance for the show to happen.

According to the musicians, a group of people attended Hurricanes' second original show and thought the band would be the perfect opening act for The Black Crowes in São Paulo. "They had contacts and recommended us," says Henrique.

The official invitation came some time later, and the dream became a reality. The story becomes even more extraordinary because, according to Leo Mayer, The Black Crowes already had a band that was going to open the shows in Latin America, but a series of events ended up putting the Hurricanes in the right place at the right time.
