Hellfest , considered the biggest rock festival in France, has announced a star-studded lineup for its 2022 edition, which will celebrate its 15th anniversary .
After being postponed in 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the festival has been extended to take place over two weekends. The seven-day event, Hellfest, will host 350 bands.
The first weekend, from June 17th to 19th, will feature Deftones, Faith No More , and Avenged Sevenfold as headliners . The second weekend, taking place between June 23rd and 26th, will include Scorpions, Guns N' Roses, Nine Inch Nails, and Metallica.
Among the other names confirmed in the lineup for the 2022 edition are Black Label Society, The Offspring, Korn, Alice Cooper, Megadeth, Bring Me The Horizon, Rise Against, Judas Priest, Volbeat, Sabaton, Deep Purple, Korn, Helloween, Whitesnake, Epica, Nightwish, the Brazilian bands Ego Kill Talent and Sepultura , and many more.
Tickets for the first weekend have been sold out since 2019, when fans purchased tickets for the 2020 edition that never took place. Tickets for the second weekend will go on sale starting July 7th on the Hellfest website , and a pre-sale for fans who already bought tickets for the first weekend will take place on July 6th.
