Continuing with the new monthly format for debating opinions, this episode addresses bands that are retiring and new names emerging in rock, such as Maneskin and Greta Van Fleet , seeking to understand whether heavy music genres will continue to have the potential to break out of the mainstream or if they will become a niche. But in the Wikimetal , the opinion is overwhelmingly clear.
55% of the votes in the poll on the subject – with the inevitable retirement of giant bands in a few years, what do you think will happen to heavy metal? – lead to the following answer: heavy metal will not disappear completely, but like classical music or jazz, it will be for a select few and will no longer fill stadiums.
Another controversial opinion was that the genre "will continue to fill stadiums, as there are already new bands to do so," with 27% of the votes. Another 13% believe it will continue to fill stadiums because new bands like Sabbath , Maiden , Metallica , and Kiss to fill stadiums. Fortunately, only 5% voted for "it will decrease until it disappears."
