If you're a rock and metal fan looking to expand your collection with CDs, DVDs, t-shirts, accessories, and much more from your favorite bands, you'll find the perfect place at Heavy Metal Rock .
Founded on September 8, 1983 by Wilton Marchini Christiano , the Heavy Metal Rock store was born with the mission of strengthening the underground scene in Americana (SP) and facilitating access to albums and materials of rock and its subgenres at a time when finding these products in Brazil was a real challenge.
From the beginning, the store went far beyond simply selling records: it promoted concerts, energized the local and national music scene, and wrote its name in the history of Brazilian rock. A milestone in this trajectory was the recording of the live LP by the band Vulcano in 1985, still considered a fundamental work of Brazilian metal.
Back in the 80s, Heavy Metal Rock gained national prominence with advertising in specialized magazines and sales via printed catalogs sent by mail throughout Brazil — a pioneering service at the time, which won over a legion of loyal fans. With the advancement of the internet, the store launched its website in 1999 and transformed its storefront into a reference point for headbangers in Brazil and abroad.
Currently, the store remains active with an extremely complete and diverse catalog featuring products from a wide variety of bands. On the website, you can find products from your favorite artists by consulting the A-Z summary, which ranges from the most popular names to the most underground.
