The album is expected to be released in 2014
In an interview with Billboard this week, Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford said that the band's new album is already entirely composed:
"The composition process is complete. Now comes the difficult task of ensuring that all the notes and all aspects are correct."
Halford said the album is full of the band's traditional characteristics, but didn't reveal much: "I can't say more than that without being torn to pieces .

Judas Priest's new album is expected to be released early next year, and it's their first without founding guitarist KK Downing, who left the band in 2011.
