Semi-nude guitarist arrested in front of his house after noise complaint; watch video.

The musician was in front of his house playing guitar, wearing only swim trunks and sneakers.

An Australian guitarist, who has a habit of playing guitar in front of his garage, received noise complaints a few weeks ago. As a result, the police issued what they call an "environmental protection order" for him to stop playing his instrument in the street for three days, as if it were a fine.

Savas Caruso , the guitarist in question, disobeyed the order and stood in front of his house in Adelaide playing at a very high volume. The police were alerted and officers arrested him. A video of the arrest was published by him, showing him semi-nude while the police disconnected his equipment.

According to Loudwire , Savas was detained for three days, and now a petition has been created against the officers who allegedly used "unnecessary physical force" to arrest the musician. The petition describes the arrest, stating that the police treated him like a "dangerous criminal."

The court dismissed the case, arguing that Caruso did not in fact commit a crime and agreed that the arrest was illegal and unnecessary. See the video below.
