Halestorm: Lzzy Hale confesses her sins in the music video for "Wicked Ways"

This is the third single from their most recent album, 'Back From The Dead'.

Last Wednesday, the 20th, Halestorm

The track is part of the band's fifth studio album, Back From The Dead . Released in May, the album showcases a stronger and more organized side of Halestorm, with even more weight than the group already carried. Other previous singles were the title track and "The Steeple" .

In “Wicked Ways,” vocalist Lzzy Hale performs a confessional yet comforting lyric, stating that despite her disruptive and nonconformist attitude, she is not a bad person – but she is not an angel either. In the music video, Lzzy delivers the song's lyrics directly from a confessional, refusing to ask for forgiveness for being who she is.

Wikimetal had the opportunity to speak with bassist Josh Smith , who told us more details about the album Back From The Dead . Check out the full interview.
